He digs deep into the historicity and symbolism of the biblical texts, making profound connections and presenting us with new ways of looking at the city. The pinnacle of the book is Jerusalem and the work God does to redeem it. Without any spoilers I'll just say it didn't s 4. His writing style wasn't my favorite and there were certainly parts I didn't agree with, but I can still strongly recommend this book.
